There's a minor issue with the top-sites experiment extension that it turns out this bug could have solved (although it's probably not the only way to solve it). The default muxer sorts search results above history results, so if the user has moved a search shortcut tile on newtab after any of their history tiles, the top-sites extension will show the shortcut before the history results. that's a bug in the muxer, it should only sort search suggestions

Yeah, we don't have plans to add a registerMuxer extensions API any time soon if at all anymore, so let's close this.
