From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux ppc; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020310 BuildID: 20022031003 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Connect to www.mcetech.com 2.Locate the "product registration form" 3.Fill in the form and submit it. Actual Results: I did it twice. Since I wasn't sure if the form was actually being submitted (even without the expected response) I felt that twice was enough. Expected Results: I should have gotten a reply saying that my product had been registered. (Well, that's a guess on my part.. :-) )
the build you are using (0.9.8) is ancient. Please upgrade to 1.0 http://download.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.0/
I can't reproduce any failure. I found the product registration form (I've updated the url in this report) and submitted a fake registration. After several seconds I got a page claiming "Your product registration has been successfully completed" (the registration page notes that the process takes some time). Stan, despite the comment in the summary, you don't describe the error you got from mozilla. Could you update your copy of mozilla to something current and let us know if you can reproduce your earlier problem?
