On Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-26) running on macOS 10.14.15 Beta, in the Profile Manager, the buttons in the Delete Profile and Rename Profile dialog are blank. See screenshot.

This problem is not specific to 10.14.5 as I implied. I've also hit the problem on High Sierra 10.12.6.
