Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0
Steps to reproduce:
With "Restore previous session" chosen in Preferences,
kill all your tabs with CTRL+wwwwwwww....
Or click X on each tab.
The browser exits.
Now start the browser again.
Actual results:
The final tab comes back to life, even though we explicitly killed it.
Workaround: CTRL+t to create a new tab, then kill all the others first.
Expected results:
Be consistent like Chromium.
We sometimes don't want to see the final tab brought back to life again.
