BuildID: 2002062508

Page render incomplete with Mozilla but works fine with
IExplorer and Netscape 4

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just open the url
2.
3.
WFM in build 2002062308 PC/Win98.
Attached file testcase
linux build 20020627
in the testcase, Mozilla does not display anything below the "*************"

This seems to be a result of too many unclosed <font> tags. It also only
occurs if everything is double-nested in a table.

there is also a performance problem with the page and the testcase, but it's
probably a side-effect or a separate bug.

(the magic number of <font> tags is 188. anything after the 189 is not displayed)
