Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 and Beta 67.0b14

The text explaining how to pair a device is centered which looks odd

• because that is a (numbered) list and the numbers are not vertically aligned
• a line without a number can be wider than the one with and the number won't be the left most element of a block
• the link for installing Firefox on a mobile device can be wrapped

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Firefox's Options.
2. Go to Sync.
3. Sign in with a Sync account.
4. Open https://accounts.firefox.com/pair
5. Click "Show Code".
