Sync web-platform-tests PR 16558 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

Firefox failure is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=236963
WebKit seems to have issues with the web font, causing tests to fail. (note the same happens with operators/mo-axis-height-1.html )
Chromium does not support stretchy operator yet.
