Steps to reproduce:
When I open a letter in a full page (tab), part of serving words are being converted to the Cyrillic, while the language of a main text is in Latin, English.
The letter in a list of letters is displayed normally.
I have latest version on Russian, 20190325011617, Windows 10.
Expected results:
Whole text should be in Latin then opening full page (single tab).

Nothing can be done if the email message itself is broken and does not clarify the charset / character encoding, so Thunderbird does not know that the byte should be interpreted as ' instead of тАЩ. Feel free to tell the email author to fix their emails.
