Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install fresh copy of Firefox
  2. Start Firefox
  3. Click Options

Actual results:

Nothing--Options tab does not open.

Nothing happens when I press Ctrl+Shift+I or Ctrl+shift+K.

There are errors in the Browser Console when I press Ctrl+Shift+J.

Expected results:

Options tab should haved opened

Component: Untriaged → Debugger
Product: Firefox → DevTools

I can't reproduce this issue on my machine.

Same problem with Nightly. Also, the bot mis-categorized the Component as Debugger. I think the problem is with the browser.

Can you please provide simple baby-steps describing what should we do?
E.g. it isn't clear what 'Click Options' in comment #0 means

Example STRs:

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Execute Options menu from Firefox Toolbar -> Tools -> Options
  3. etc.

Nothing happens. If I type something into the address bar and press Enter, nothing happens.
I've had this problem with other versions of Firefox (58 through 66) on this machine. I am typing this on another machine where Firefox works. I hope you can help me get this working--I don't want to switch to another browser.
