Details

Cluster 4 was terminated due to instance failure and cluster 8 (high mem) is scheduled for retirement on May 13th. This bug is to replace the affected instances. I'll try to back up pioneer 8's state if any in the home directory. Note: while cluster 8 is scheduled for retirement it may already be inaccessible; I haven't checked.

I've respun clusters 4 and 8. The rstudio bootstrap is failing now so I've disabled it on 4 (8 did not have it installed to begin with). These machines also have new ssh keys so accessing them will cause SSH fingerprint failures for clients that have saved the fingerprints. I've made a note of this on https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/SVCOPS/Access+to+Pioneer+Resources.

I will investigate the rstudio failures later in a followup bug as needed.
