The current implementation is a bit quick-n-dirty, but I have a new one written that works with about:support, correctly adjusts registry timestamps, etc.

This patch replaces the quick-n-dirty implementation of -force-launcher with
one that makes LauncherRegistryInfo aware of that state, thus correctly setting
the affected registry values.
