Steps to reproduce:

i opened a page from wikisource, put it in reader view, pinned that tab.

Actual results:

once i tried to read that tab while internet was not available, but that page was tried to reload from internet, and thus was empty. and i know that i could not put only that specific tab into offline mode, it is possible only with whole firefox.

Expected results:

it should be possible to put a tab into offline mode, in order to read it during long time, not fearing that it may disappear or change.
