User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0
Steps to reproduce:
From the menu button, under Customize, if the "Title Bar" box is unchecked, the window has no border and can't be resized.
(Tested on Ubuntu 18.04.2 with Gnome Flashback which uses gtk-window-decorator.)
Actual results:
Instead there is no border, and only a small area in the tab bar where the statically sized window can be moved from. It's not a case of the border being too small, it's just gone completely. I understand that this is window manager dependent, and that additional steps can be followed to force a border - depending on the window manager, but if there is a way to only hide the title bar and keep the border, this should be the default.
Expected results:
What should've happened is that only the titlebar should be hidden, and not the borders. Even with "Title Bar" checked (set to show) - the border is still invisible, but it is quite large so that it can be resized.

I'm unable to reproduce on Fedora 30 / gnome classic. Which Gtk3 version do you have installed? I wonder if 18.10 or 19.04 work better.
