In the compose window it's often handy to delete blocks of Quoted text that 
aren't pertinent to your reply.  The easiest way to do that is hold down shift 
and PgDn to highlight pages at a time for deletion.  

This worked great with NN 4.7.  With Mozilla 1.0 I see the feature is lost.  
The Shift-PgDn is now a no-op.  Since it's a lot easier to do this with the 
keyboard than mouse, I'd really like to have the NN 4.7 functionality back!  

Also, please make sure the last PgDn goes to the end of the msg even there's 
only one line not yet highlighted.  NN 4.7 had a bug where the last shift-PgDn 
wouldn't highlight if you were within a page of the ending.
