Details

nsICertStorage methods for setting enrollment and whitelist status take issuer and serial number pairs. The whitelist remote settings data has subject and public key hash pairs for identifying certificates. Both will work for our purposes. We should probably settle on one.

For now, I'll be substituting subject for the 'issuer' field and the hash of the public key for the 'serial' field.

The priority flag is not set for this bug.
