Worker docs were removed from taskcluster platform docs site, so we need to host the worker docs somewhere else, and redirect there from the docs site.

There is a temporary stopgap in place in bug 1548886 but it really offers a suboptimal user experience.

We could probably use something like github pages (if that still exists).

Note, I have started a PR consolidating the generic-worker docs into README.md, but I suspect it would be best to split this up and structure into multiple pages for the worker docs site:

Having a single page makes it easier to search, but it may be a bit too long for practical purposes.

Happy for any feedback on the content so far though. I think it is best for me to continue putting it into a single page until I've collected together all the information I intend to present, and then look at splitting it up once the content is complete.

We've since moved worker docs into the monorepo, so this is now done.
