1548984 - all addons disabled and can not download new ones

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0

Steps to reproduce:

update to firefox 66.0.3

tried to install Lastpass add-on

Actual results:

all add-ons have been disabled
When I tried to use the Add-On Manager to install a new version of Lastpass it was unable to download the Add-On
I tried this on more then one machine and got the same results.

Expected results:

I think compliant Add-Ons are being seen as non-compliant, and the Add-On manager appears to be broken.

they say it's an expired certificate issue.

The Firefox team is aware of the situation and working the problem. This is being tracked in bug #1548973.
