Steps to reproduce:

Extensions are all marked as old.

Actual results:

No extension is working, not even those from the Mozilla repository. This affects current versions of 1Password, lastpass, uBlock Origin, Ghostery, Keepa, etc.
It looks like a certificate has expired, because no extension is working.

Expected results:

The extensions should have been loaded.

Firefox developers are aware of the situation with AddOns and are working the problem. This is being tracked in bug #1548973.
