Steps to reproduce:
Attempted to register on the Mozilla Zine forum.
Entered all the details correctly.
Actual results:
The security question has a bug. It says:
How many letters in Mozilla?:
The answer should be - 7 (m-o-z-i-l-l-a --that is 7 letters)
when I enter either 7 or seven in words - it says incorrect answer, and after 3 attempts it locks me out. I have tried several times.
I AM UNABLE to register on the forum!!!
as I can't contact anyone on the forum without registering, i'm going in this crazy loop circle with the BUG on the registration page. In desperation, I created an account here.
Can someone please help!

My security answer should be accepted and registration completed, with an email sent to my email address for verification.
Mozillazine is not a Mozilla site. We can't provide help for it.

So who can help me to register if the bug prevents me from registering and I cannot contact anyone on that site unless I register??? This is mad!
and a perpetuation of the initial madness - which is that I can't post my comment on the Firefox Help forum (my KEY OBJECTIVE) because the email address with which I opened my Firefox account many years ago is no longer valid, and there is no way for me to change it, so I can't login to my Firefox account or to the Firefox forum!
Is this viscious circle done on purpose??
Do you have contact details to SOMEONE, anyone on Firefox who can help me update my email and be able to log in to the Help Forum?
If not - HOW am I supposed to contact the Firefox administrators to get my details updated if the only way to do this is to LOG IN which is the whole issue cause I can't????

About "How many letters in Mozilla?" - Try answering "6" or "six". Did it help?
Somehow the support site allowed me to create a new account and I was able to ask my question for help.
regarding the security answer - I haven't tried 6 - as now I was able to login to the support forum so I no longer need this one.
But I can see your point.
For the record (I know this is not your site) : asking the correct question will bring the correct answer. Confusing the question illogically only creates confusion.
There are 7 letters in "mozilla". There are 6 UNIQUE letters in "mozilla". That is a BIG difference to the analytical mind.
Precise language must be used - people are not mind readers and expecting a different answer than the question asked is madness not to mention it shows very poor language and communication skills.
