User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
In reviewing Bug 1548973 this morning I noticed after a refresh Firefox 65.0.2 also displayed the addon disabled banner; this is obviously a duplicate but 65 branch isn't noted in the original bug and I'm unclear if that's relevant information or not.
Actual results:
Noticed addons were disabled this morning around 9AM eastern
Expected results:
Addons should still be working

It's the same issue in 65, fortunately the same normandy fix applies too.
