Steps to reproduce:
There's no preference for alerting user you're closing multiple tabs, like in Firefox. I think it will be very useful to have such an option, because I'm very dumb and instead of closing the tab I close the entire Thunderbird...

After doing what you describe, when you start Thunderbird your tabs should be restored. If they are not being restored then that is a bug.
Or perhaps you are hitting one of these https://mzl.la/2DT3HlR ?

"I'm bothered to reopen it every time." now you are talking about something different.
What's your real issue - that you DON'T want the tabs restored?

Nope, I want an alert that inform me I'm closing multiple tabs, as Firefox.

I'll let other decide whether we would accept a patch for this. I would think not because, unless there is a bug, sessionrestore restores your tabs and adding UI just adds complexity

Complexity? A lot of programs with tabs, firefox included, ask you if you really want to close all of them.

Agree with Wayne - tabs should get restored under normal circumstances.
Since the tabs are really just different parts of the ui (and same widgets even) I think we don't need to have a confirmation for closing.
