Steps to reproduce:
- Open a link in new tab over the content-menue or the middle mousebutton
- open the search-results in a new tab
Actual results:
- At random the content of the new tab missing
- I can use only Ctrl+w to close the tab. Other shortcuts (i.e. Ctrl+l, Ctrl+t) without response
- when i open a new tab and copy the url in the URL-Row the site loads
This problem appears only in linux, not in windows.
Disabling of addons doesn't change the behavior

Do you see any errors in the browser console when this happens?
Hi,
no, i cannot open the console in this tab.
- F12 -> doesn't work
- open over the regular menu -> doesn't work
- Ctrl+shift+K -> doesn't work
- right-mouse-click on the site-content -> doesn't work.
In this tab no command works. Only Ctrl-w and Ctrl-t (sorry that's wrong on my first post)

Please open the browser console before opening the broken tab.
No messages in the console-window.

Can you reproduce the bug with a new Firefox profile? See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Multiple_profiles
I have a new profile on my office-notebook and on my private notebook (standalone, without sync).
My manager have a Ubuntu-OS on his notebook and he have the same problem.

Without more information this bug won't be actionable as we can't seem reproduce it ourselves. Could you perhaps help us find out when this problem started happening? See https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/
