There are two issues on weibo.com, although we think the 2nd one is caused by the first:

1. Using valid credentials, password manager saves both username and password.
2. On load, the username is filled in, but not by the password manager (cookie) and only password is available from password manager.

[Environment:]

Windows 10, Ubuntu 16.04, Mac 10.13.6;

[Versions:]

67.0b16 2019-05-02
68.0a1 2019-05-05

[Steps:]

1. Create/Use a valid account for weibo.com and login to site using the 'Account Login' method.
2. On password manager popup, save credentials.
3. Logout and reload weibo.com

[Actual Result:]

Username is autofilled in, but not by password manager. Autocomplete for the username shows nothing, only password showing on triggering the autocomplete.

[Expected Result:]

Both username and password should be autofilled or autocompleted.

[Note:]

a. This doesn't seem as a recent regression.

Some additional information:
Visit weibo.com after you have saved your username and password. Clicking on the username input box will trigger the password manager but nothing is displayed. Click the password input box to display the saved account information, but you can only fill in the password.

After type anything in the username input box, the account information can be displayed, and can click to complete the auto-fill.

Right-click in the username input box (no type anything at this time) to display account information can complete auto-fill.

I feel the username input box has some overlays that make it impossible to fill (retrieve) username, and the input operation will destroy it.

On chrome, you can complete the auto-fill when you click the username input box.
