There is no acknowledgment that this issues exists from either amazon or mozilla. I have attempted to contact amazon about this issue. Their rep said they would file a bug report.

The issue still persists. I can try to add a debug file later. Would that be helpful?

The issue persists still.

I am going to assign the "Cloud Services: Server: Firefox Accounts" component for it and hopefully someone with more knowledge in this area will a look over this.

Component: Untriaged → Server: Firefox Accounts
Product: Firefox → Cloud Services

This sounds more like a web compatibility issue to me, so I'm hoping putting it into the right component

Component: Server: Firefox Accounts → Desktop
Product: Cloud Services → Web Compatibility
Version: 66 Branch → Firefox 66

Shucks, we're going to need a cloudcam to reproduce this issue.

Cory, would you mind pasting any errors from the Browser Console here in this bug?

The comments in https://www.amazonforum.com/forums/devices/smart-home/515215-amazon-cloud-cam-live-view-suddenly-wont-work-with suggest it's a permissions issue (or at least, was in Chrome). Not sure if related.

Adding [sci-exclude] tag as it appears to also be a problem in Chrome from some.

Unfortunately I don't have an Amazon Cloud Camera, so I'm unable to check the issue.

cory does the issue still occurs on your side? Does it reproduce on Chrome ?

Needs Triage.

Cory does it still reproduce on your side? If yes could you provide the requested info as stated here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1549796#c7

Note: Based on the comments on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/b3s9rl/trouble_view_amazon_cloud_cam_firefox_66/
the error received in the console is:

"Error: WebGL warning: getContext: Disallowing antialiased backbuffers due to blacklisting."

Cory here,

This bug has been resolved for two years as far as I can tell. I regularly use cloudcam.Amazon.com without issue. Sorry for no response.

Thanks, Cory, I'll close this.
