BinAST context-0.2 format will use brotli, until we get better compression.
brotli API (decompression) is already available in m-c tree, but not yet exposed to SpiderMonley.

Link in-tree brotli library if BinAST is enabled. r=glandium

host part of brotli is compiled with wrong configuration on windows 32 bit spidermonkey build.
the host is x86_64, but compile command line for host_dictionary.obj contains both -m32 and -D_AMD64_,
so something is going wrong there.
can you help me figuring out what's going on?
