Users should have the ability to open a site for the login that they are viewing. The button should appear next to the hostname in the LoginItem view.

Implementation note: The login URL opened from the page should not be trusted. The site-open event should be passed to the parent process which can then retrieve the login hostname from storage and open the site in an adjacent tab.

The site for which the credentials were saved and listed on about:logins page can now be visited via the "Launch" button.
