The urls included in the extension manifest shouldn't be allowed to be privileged (e.g. "homepage_url format should be enforced here"), otherwise the extension manifest should be invalid, nevertheless it may still be a good idea to open all the urls included in the abuse report panel by explicitly using a null triggeringPrincipal.
