I happened to notice that The string:
Check all categories that apply to you, and we promise to keep the mail to a minimum.

is available twice in en-US:

https://transvision.mozfr.org/?sourcelocale=en-US&locale=sv-SE&repo=mozilla_org&search_type=entities&recherche=mozilla_org/mozorg/newsletters.lang:817d53f4d4823681c4bed442072c6fe6&entire_string=entire_string

https://transvision.mozfr.org/?sourcelocale=en-US&locale=sv-SE&repo=mozilla_org&search_type=entities&recherche=mozilla_org/newsletter.lang:817d53f4d4823681c4bed442072c6fe6&entire_string=entire_string

In sv-SE the first one is missing and the second exists. In Pontoon there seems to be no flag for the lacking strings.

Found an old patch saying "All newsletter strings moved and updated to mozorg/newsletters.lang" so that could indicate that the first file should have been removed as obsolete?

If not, I guess the bug is that this is missing for sv-SE. Or is it a decision to leave those sections out?

Some files are exposed only to a limited number of locales, that's the case for mozilla_org/mozorg/newsletters.lang

At this point I can't find an occurrence of that string in mozilla.org code, but that would make it one of many obsolete strings, and it's almost impossible to keep track of them. That's also one of the reasons we're looking to move away from this system.
