In several places the titles for the various components appear as <a
href="blah">NAME:</a>, rather than the "standard" (as per discussion with
bbaetz) of <a href="blah">NAME</a>:
This is a trivial bug, but I'd rather stay consistant...

Provided is a patch to fix all the occurances I found (by doing a grep -r
":</a>" * in template/en/default).

polish issue, and it was consistent in 2.14, so -> 2.16
