With apz.minimap.enabled set to true...
- Open about:blank
- Zoom in on a corner (scroll if necessary)
Actual results:
It vanishes
Expected results:
It remains visible

Hi csheany and thanks for reporting this issue.
As per the attached video I was able to reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly build (68.0a1-8th of May) using a Google Pixel 3XL (Android 9) phone.
Notes: I wasn't able to reproduce it on Firefox 66.0.4 nor on Firefox Beta 67.0b18.

Regressed by bug 1525181.
P5 as the minimap is not a user-facing feature, but this would be nice to fix to preserve the utility of the minimap for development purposes.
