Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0

Steps to reproduce:

View a video on YouTube:
https://youtu.be/7CtFhkcocSg

Switch it to full screen

Actual results:

Before fullscreen, video is smooth. Once it goes fullscreen, it seems to drop frames.

Expected results:

Video should stay smooth.

Just tried the same video in Edge Developer Preview, Chrome and Edge - none of them exhibit any frame loss in fullscreen.

Hi, I've tested on FF Beta 67.0b19 and FF Nightly 68.0a1(2019-05-12) on Windows 10 and Mac OS X 10.14 and I can't reproduce the issue.

Please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

Please test if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:
