Steps to reproduce:

In settings selected images only over Wi-Fi

Actual results:

Still could see images in Google search results

I don't know why you have apparently whitelisted Google search from the image restriction?

What device have you used?

I did not reproduced with the following environment - device: Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Android(8.1.0) and build: Firefox Nightly 68.0a1(2019-05-15), Firerfox Beta 67.0b18.

Also it isn't reproducible on device: Samsung Galaxy S9, Android(8.0.0) with build: Firefox Nightly 68.0a1(2019-05-15), Firefox Beta 67.0b18 and Firefox Release 66.0.5. Please see the attached video
