the url (http://www.multiprecision.org/downloads/mpc-0.8.2.tar.gz) at https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/8b8ce4612836d14a658c8c86763cd53a81c54372/taskcluster/ci/fetch/toolchains.yml#143 is not resolving today and resulted in bustage when a patch in bug 1582726, comment 13 was landed.

any suggestions on how we can fix this?
