It can happen that the about dialog doesn't resize correctly.
I think, we are not affected now by this, but when we move to Fluent it could happen.

Port of https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/3665b343720d.
The first window.sizeToContent(); isn't in our file because we haven't moved to Fluent. It was added in https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/2a3cb2c2431d84093ba8caae7444dd681c3a2c66#l1.46
