Steps to reproduce:
Right click, Cut, on a Bookmark from Bookmarks menu.
Actual results:
Pasted it to another location on my hard drive, and it doesn't remove it from the original location (the bookmarks menu)
Expected results:
Once Cut, it should be removed from the original location (the bookmarks menu). It is behaving like a Copy command instead.

This is actually expected, because we don't know where/how you dropped, we can't tell whether you executed a move or a copy, nor which flavor you pasted. So, as the source, we don't know what to do.
The current behavior prevents dataloss.
the original bug is also a wontfix.
