Some time ago, we put effort into making 'mach run --debug' support JimDB. I don't know that this feature was ever used extensively and I doubt anyone is using it now.

If there is still value to this -- if you know of anyone using jimdb via mach, etc -- I am
happy to throw this away, but otherwise, would like to clean it up.
