Steps to reproduce:

Please add a "non-administrative installation" feature to Firefox for users who do not have administrative access to their computer but need or desire a safe alternative web browser (such as Firefox).

Type: defect → enhancement

You can already do this by refusing to elevate at the Windows User Account Control prompt.

Component: Untriaged → Installer

Closing the bug because comment 1 is correct, we already have this feature. There is a UI issue in that we really shouldn't be showing a UAC prompt until we know we need to elevate, but we already have bug 1337218 for that.
