bug 1551291 is for the add-on certificate fix for 57-60. That fix needs a unique GUID and resigning.

After resigning, it just needs spot verification on one of the fx versions between 57-60 that it installs well (so the signing is good) before listing.

the add-on passed QA, but when we went to list, it has the same GUID as the add-on for 52-56 (in bug 1551600). This will cause complications with distributing the add-on later on - so fixing before posting.

Giving this a priority to get it off of triage dashboards. Please update as necessary.
