From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530 BuildID: 2002053012 I have a Netscape mail account, and I set up the account on Mozilla, so that I can access it without Netscape. So, then I go to Mail & Newsgroups and the page loads. I have to click on 'Netscape Mail' and then it tells me it cant connect to the server which is imap.mail.netcenter.com. Although when I tried it in Netscape there were no problems. I dont kno what can be wrong with it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Mozilla 2.Got to 'Window' > 'Mail & Newsgroups' 3.When that page loads, click on 'Get msgs' in the bar. 4.Hit the netscape mail function. 5.This is where I get the propmt telling me it cannot connect to the server. Actual Results: There was a prompt that told me it couldnt connect to my mail server. Expected Results: It should have asked me for my password then shown me my INBOX.
right, you can't use mozilla to connect to netcenter webmail - as far as mozilla knows, netcenter is just another mail server, but netcenter will only talk to the Netscape client, not the mozilla client.
