In the end of the page there is a DHTML scrolling area (contos enviados por
nossos assinantes). Move the page scroll to the end and try to scroll the DHTML
area. The page scroll will reduce and the page will scroll up causing an weird
behavior. The    page should end on the bar below this DHTML scrolling area.
Works fine on IE.

The DHTML area uses two DIVs, one with the text, inside the other with overflow
hidden and cliped. The clipped DIV is causing an extra scroll in the page.
