Steps to reproduce

1. Reach youtube.com or access this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ppz41EmaJyU

Expected result

• Website elements are displayed.

Actual result

• Except for the video barely any website elements are displayed.

Additional notes

• Fx 60.6.3 is also affected.

Not sure if it's helpful, but I noticed that, in current ESR, if you enable webcomponents and change the UA to the current Release, it'll work.

Sounds like they are rolling out a fix now. I'd like to come back to this in a couple of days and re-test (and ask QA to verify once it's fixed). Tracking for ESR 67+ to make sure we follow up.

I verified that this issue does not occur anymore on both Fx 60.7.0esr and Fx 60.6.3esr.
