Steps To Reproduce:
- visit https://support.mozilla.org/hu/locales?next=%2Fen-US%2Fkb%2Fget-started-firefox-overview-main-features
- Scroll so that the top text of the language name is near the bottom of fixed header
- Attempt to click a link
Actual Results:
Text is not clickable until the far bottom of characters (red line in the screen shot)
Expected Results:
All areas of text are clickable

Similar thing ... if you visit https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/search/advanced and position Tags near bottom of header - cannot click in the input field

This issue seems to be no longer reproducible (It seems that it might have been fixed along the way).
Tested using: Chrome, Firefox (desktop) & Firefox on Huawei P40Pro (mobile).
I'm closing this ticket as WORKSFORME. Please feel free to re-open this ticket if this is still reproducible for you.
