We removed data from core datasets for desktop telemetry between 2019-05-04T11:00:00Z and 2019-05-11T11:00:00Z.

Verify that the public data report is in a reasonable state.

We've created a test site to see what the graphs will look like when the time period covering the deletion has been processed. The live site has not yet been updated w the most recent data, because the job processing was turned off. We've opened a bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1557155) to get this processing turned back on, when that's completed we should see the data again start flowing to the live site and we can verify that things look as expected.

All of the 'user activity' and 'usage behavior' data has been backfilled. There are noticeable dips in the graphs for the yearly and (especially) monthly active users graphs due to the deleted data, so we've added annotations to these graphs to explain these dips.
