User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/74.0.3729.157 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Starting from main page (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/) -> Browse (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi) -> Core (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Core), the last line of the description reads "...while Firefox user interface issues belong in the Firefox [link] product. (More info)" -> Click the link on the word "Firefox"

Actual results:

Link goes to (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/editproducts.cgi?action=edit&product=Firefox) which replies "Authorization Required - Sorry, you aren't a member of the 'editcomponents' group, and so you are not authorized to add, modify or delete products".

Expected results:

Link should go to (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Firefox), to display, not edit, the Firefox product category.
