Steps to reproduce:
Every time I start Firefox, I will be ask for the master password. This happens on two machines, after the microsoft updates (patchday) from 15.05.2019.
I use Firefox 66.05 (64-Bit) and Windows 10 Pro (1809).
After deleting all components of Firefox (files and registry) I installed Firefox again and imported key4.db and logins.json from a backup of the old Installation. Also I restored my favorites from a backup.
After this installation, Firefox works normaly only for one day. One day after, Firefox asks me again for master password every time on startup.

Please update to Firefox 67.0 and check if the problem is still reproducible. If it went away, this is a duplicate of bug 1541927.

After installing Firefox 67 on two of my systems , the bug seems to be fixed.
