When you click the 'close' button on different sites (e.g.

the whole browser's window closes, not just one tab

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create some tabs
2. Open in a new tab something like
http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2002-07/02/content_465735.htm
3. Press the Close button
4. The whole Mozilla window closes

Actual Results: The whole Mozilla window closed

Expected Results: Only the current tab should've closed.
