Installed the latest version of Mozilla. Also, moved all internet plug-ins into Mozilla plug in folder. Initial program operation worked smoothly. Accessed 10 different web sites with no problems. Accessed the web page www.innateintelligence.com. After going beyond the initial 2 flash screens, selected "NSA Schedule". System froze. Restart. Selected Mozilla. Error 02 appears. Cleared PRAM, rebuilt desktop, start again, Error 02. Trashed all Mozilla files from computer including preference files, Mozilla folder in document folder and program folder. Reinstalled. After general browser screen appears "netscape qual. feedback agent" screen also appears. Error 02. Trashed Full Circle and Talk Back folders from system. Restarted after PRAM clear and desktop rebuild. Error 02 again when general browser screen appears. System 9.2.2. G3, 288MB RAM Using Behierarchic in lieu of Apple Menu Items panel. Norton Anti-virus security is "off". Also A-dock used for program selection. I have shut off these program and reran Mozilla, however Error 02 continues. Please advise. thanks
Joseph, you should not have deleted the "TalkBack" Netscape Quality Feedback Agent. That communicates important information regarding Mozilla crashes *directly* to those working on the software in order to help prevent such crashes in the future. Though it's obviously ultimately your choice whether to use it or not, please know that it is truly very, very helpful. Please note that it's not necessary to move plug-ins to Mozilla's own plug-ins folder. Mozilla will happily use the plug-ins already installed in [System Folder/Internet Plug-Ins/]. I suggest you undo everything you've done so far. Remove Mozilla entirely, and start with a fresh installation. Then, if you continue to experience crashes, let TalkBack report them for you. If you like, open a bug about it using the Bugzilla Helper at [http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug- form.html] to report pertinent information, and be sure to include the ID number of the TalkBack reports that are generated. Thanks.
