Nexus 6P (Android 8.1.0)
OnePlus 5T (Android 9);

Build: Beta 68.0b3;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Fennec Beta;
2. Launch Fennec Beta;
3. Observe the Welcome screen panels.

Expected result:

1. The new Onboarding UX strings are updated.

Actual result:
2. The new Onboarding UX strings are not updated.

Notes:

• This is not reproducible on Release 67.0.;
• Reproducible on Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-05-17);
• This issue was verified on bug 1547924.

It seems that the patch from bug 1547924 has only been used for the 67.0b15 and it is not merged in central.
That should also be merged in central.
