Internet Keywords is by default. I checked the behavior in URL bar + verified w/
prefs (about:config still doesn't work)

So how do you turn them on? There is a keyword field in the bookmark info
pop-up, but I can't figure out how to make it work.

Non of that seems to have anything to do with the keyword field in the 
bookmark info pop-up. Is that for something completely different?

I don't see why we should tie Chimera to the Netscape keyword servers.

Phoenix is using google's "I got luckly" service. You might want to talk to Asa
or Blake about their decision to do this.
