We would like to give enterprise users the option to disable some of the trailhead-specific UI in the onboading experience and prevent a variant from being rolled. Note that the content here is FXA-related so isn't applicable to enterprise users anyway.

I'm setting this to 67.0.5/affected since this would affect enterprise users, I think we definitely want to have this for 68 but I'll defer to product/release management about how important this is for the dot release given the timing.

Upon further discussion, I don't think we need to do anything here.

We already have a policy that overrides the new tab, and if it is overridden, about:welcome won't display.

As long as there aren't new offers on the new tab page (standalone), there shouldn't be a problem.
